WorksBiography
"Fifteenth century Flemish painters are my current inspiration. My stylistic kinship with them compels me to keep their works alive by updating and refreshing them. Using oil paints and traditional techniques I claim them as my own."
— Amy Hill
Amy Hill grew up in Elizabeth, New Jersey. She studied fine art at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. After graduating she moved to New York City and worked as a commercial illustrator for such publications as Rolling Stone and the New York Times.
