In Lee’s solo exhibition, "Still Winds," she continues to expand the possibilities of gestural painting by the addition of calligraphic strokes, careful geometries, and Taoist ‘unconscious gestures’. These pieces explore the possible resolutions of abstraction from the nuanced shifts between form and color and the interplay of motion and stillness to the subtle markings and tonal gradations that define her work.
